Schedule Night shifts, 4x12-hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Job Description The Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and comprehensive care in a low to moderate volume L&D department. The nurse will be responsible for both mother and baby care in a LDRP setting, requiring strong experience due to the autonomy needed in this environment. Responsibilities Monitor fetal heart patterns and provide appropriate interventions as necessary. Assist in childbirth processes and implement care for both mother and newborn. Float to MedSurg and assist with administrative tasks when required. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery. Current certifications : ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, and BCLS. Experience with fetal heart monitoring.
