Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mystic Healthcare is a family-owned skilled nursing facility, offering 100 beds and specializing in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our compassionate care team!

LPN Responsibilities :

Document nursing notes thoroughly to reflect the care administered and the resident's response.
Complete and file all necessary forms upon resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
Prepare and give medications as prescribed by the physician.
Coordinate with your assigned certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure they are informed of resident care plans.

Requirements :

A Nursing Degree from an accredited college / university and graduation from a Connecticut-approved RN / LPN program.

Current certification as a Nurses Aide.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Physical capability to lift and move a minimum of 40 pounds.
