Position : Quality Assurance

Location : Mt. Laurel Township, NJ

Pay Rate : $20 / hr

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We're actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Quality Assurance Associate to join our team in Mt. Laurel Township, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an award-winning organization that values equality, diversity, and family.

Job Description :

  • Ensure product and material quality through inspections, testing, and supporting team training.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Measure and test samples from each production run
  • Review incoming shipments of inventory and raw materials
  • Train team members on quality procedures and best practices

    • Shift / Hours :

  • Monday-Thursday, 4 : 00 PM-4 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)
  • Covers 30 min before and after production (4 : 30 PM-3 : 30 AM)
  • Mandatory overtime on Fridays if scheduled

    • Job Requirements

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery during production
  • Inspect products, troubleshoot issues, and make basic repairs
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and record updates
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
