Local Team Collaboration :
- Long Beach Memorial Medical Center is a 420-bed non-profit teaching hospital that has been recognized as a major regional provider of medical and surgical services by US News and World Report.
- Intensivists will rotate through both Med / Surg ICU and CVICU (depending on need).
- 15-bed CVICU (non-teaching service)
- 32-bed Med / Surg ICU, which is the teaching service with Internal Medicine residents and Pulmonary / Critical Care Fellows
- EMR : Cerner with Dragon for dictation
Qualifications :
Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO)A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU settingActive California medical license preferredPractice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling :
7 on 7 off schedule. One week of days and one week of nights per month.Key Responsibilities :
