Full time position available for a Clinic Nursing Supervisor for our four Rural Health Clinics. The Clinic Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assisting with coordination and evaluation of scheduling and workflows of clinical staff and communicating changes and new developments in services and policies to help staff better assist patients and perform their jobs more efficiently. Duties also include supporting the Clinic Services Manager, assisting with performance reviews, clinical staff education and onboarding of new staff.

Qualified Clinic Nursing Supervisor candidate must have a WI RN license and a minimum of three years relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinic setting. BSN along with supervisory experience, working knowledge of department budgets, medical office procedures, clinic operations and workflows using EPIC, effective decision-making skills and proficient computer skills strongly preferred.
