The Remote Operations Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating restaurant operations, driving efficiency, and supporting regional management teams. This position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who can successfully manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management, is highly detail-oriented, and understands the balance between operational strategy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight :
Monitor and manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistency in quality, service, and profitability.
Performance Analysis :
Review key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, labor costs, inventory, and guest satisfaction reports; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Process Improvement :
Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Team Support :
Collaborate with on-site General Managers, regional leaders, and support staff to address operational challenges and enhance overall performance.
Compliance & Quality Control :
Ensure that all operations comply with health, safety, and labor regulations, as well as internal company policies and brand standards.
Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination :
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services across locations.
Training & Development :
Support training initiatives for management and staff to maintain excellence in service, food quality, and operational execution.
Budget Management :
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets to achieve financial objectives while controlling operational costs.
Reporting :
Provide regular reports to the executive leadership team, summarizing operational updates, financial performance, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit operations management.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Must reside in the United States and hold valid U.S. work authorization (citizenship or work permit).
Work Environment
Fully remote position within the United States.
Occasional travel may be required for on-site inspections, training sessions, or company meetings.
