ABOUT THE POSITION :
The Data Auditing Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, verifying, and enhancing data accuracy across inventory management, sales, production, and regulatory reporting systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and providing critical insights to support business decisions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Data Auditing Specialist :
Conduct daily audits and monthly reconciliations for designated facilities.
Update internal databases with accurate inventory levels.
Manage Inventory Associates and oversee daily tasks.
Assist in developing metrics for tracking and reporting.
Analyze data in multiple formats (CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF) to ensure accuracy.
