Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end internal communications strategy, including planning, content development, and measurement
Develop and execute multi-channel communications, translating complex business updates into engaging employee communications
Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content and overall effectiveness of internal communications
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications with ownership of strategy development
Proven storytelling, writing, and editing skills adaptable for different internal audiences
Experience managing communications independently and balancing multiple priorities
Familiarity with internal communications platforms and tools
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field preferred
