Machine Operator- All shifts! (1st, 2nd and 3rd)

This team member will work in manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Tasks will be assigned by the Production Supervisor to support Production needs and must be performed safely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drums.

Fill containers manually using a hose and valve from the holding tank or tote.

Lift 1.5-gallon bottles (or various box sizes) or smaller into boxes and add inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping.

Hand-place caps or pumps on designated lines.

Weld caps using the ultrasonic welder.

Palletize items at the end of any line.

Maintain a clean work area daily.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day. Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time. Ability to perform repetitive bending and stretching on a daily basis. Ensuring that employees properly use and maintain their PPE and follow PPE policies and rules. The wearing of contact lenses is prohibited.

Technical Skills : Must be able to solve mathematical problems at the high school level. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

1+ years in a manufacturing role

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,100.00 and $78,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
