We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced towers climbers to join our established and growing team.

Tower Modification Technician (Top Hand)

As a Tower Top hand you will be working in a team environment assisting with projects, which may include : new builds, site mods, water tanks or on a roof tops. Daily activities may include on-site installation, repair, and modification. You will be gain knowledge in effectively utilizing tools, technology, and other resources to install mounts, antennas, grounding, cad welding, associative RF components, and / or inspecting structures. You will be expected to follow all safety requirements set forth by Federal, State, Industry and RMC regulations at all elevations. Position is supervised by Construction Manager.

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to work at heights up to 1500;

Lead crew in carrying out installation, repair, modification, optimization, or acceptance test procedures of wireless infrastructures and electrical equipment

Able to analyze and interpret site data and measurements.

Ability to recommend changes, installation techniques, and / or aide in discussion to site layout / repairs

Strict attention to detail and organization; enabling timely task completion focusing on the quality of workmanship

Observe project sites for defects and safety hazards that may require attention

Requirements

Be available for evening, weekends, and rotational assignments; accepting on-call responsibilities
