• Full-time schedule with no weekends, no call, no guarantee
• 30 units per week productivity requirement
• Home health and adult care setting
• Two years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
• One year experience with Healthcare Homebase and OASIS required
• Bachelor of Science degree from accredited OT program required
• Current CPR certification and driver's license required
• Physical demands include heavy lifting, bending, and standing
