We are hiring an Part Time RN Field Supervisor for our Home Care agency in the Fond du Lac, WI area to provide field and office duties, supervising clinical operations.  This position is part time, on call rotation is required, and a combination of field visits and office time also required. Job Summary :

The RN Feld Supervisor for our Personal Care Services team is responsible for the supervision, on-the-job training and competency evaluation of field staff. Responsible for the delivery of care consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Agency. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient(s) services by the Agency.
