Job Summary
The Operations Manager is tasked with increasing the overall profitability for the Operations Department, this includes the Hiring and Production teams. Ensure drivers get the jobs they are looking for, with an emphasis on increasing the number of drivers working and shifts worked. Maximizes Operations teams’ potential through the creation, delivery, and support of weekly plans, all of which are to be tied to related goals. This position is also responsible for the Compliance team’s ability to ensure fast and quality hires to keep the talent pipeline churning at an efficient cost.
Essential Functions
· Support the Driver Agents’ efforts to get the drivers the jobs they need
· Coordinate with the Compliance Manager to hire quality drivers
· Manage the execution of market growth strategies
· Develop and deliver specific plans to driver agents
· Maintain accountability with Operations team members for meeting/exceeding goals
· Manage activities to ensure existing open jobs are being filled
· Manage client and driver escalation issues
· Consistently increase the profitability of the Operations Department
· Support team in increasing total Logos and managing their relationships
· Increase billing per Location
· Oversee, direct, and report on call volume and other related activities

Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· At least 5 years of management experience
· At least 2 years of staffing industry-specific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of staffing experience in branch manager or similar position
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to sit and type at a computer terminal for long periods of time including an entire working day
· Perform tasks that require fine dexterity and repetitive motions using the arms, hands, wrists, and fingers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong negotiation and customer service skills
· Exceptional managerial skills
· Ability to create and deliver weekly plans
· Knowledgeable in transportation and/or staffing industries preferred
· Ability to identify and resolve issues
