Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

Proven experience in restoration or construction, including tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning / re-installation.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, motivate, and support crews to meet performance and quality standards.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and effectively.

Ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with external partners such as clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.

Strong organizational skills to ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are prepared and job-ready each day.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to perform quality control inspections and enforce industry specifications.

Practical problem-solving skills to address job site issues and client concerns promptly.

Ability to manage inventory and ensure tools, trucks, and equipment are maintained and adequately stocked.

Reliable and responsive, with the ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) :

Ensuring the team's performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning / re-installation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.

Be a great representative of our brand!

Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning through a team huddle to handle the day.

Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.

Re-inspect job sites for quality control.

Issue resolution - be the primary point of contact for customers with any questions and / or concerns, and resolve them in an effective and timely manner.

Maintain inventory of clean, adequately stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.

Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
