Valid and unrestricted California RN License . Proficiency with NIHSS . Knowledge of advanced nursing theory, techniques, practices, medical terminology, instruments, equipment, and medications. Certifications (Must Maintain Current) : BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - American Heart Association Additional competency certificates as required per assignment. Additional Requirements : Must meet all health requirements designated by Kern Medical Center.
