Role Overview

As the Healthcare Marketer, you will represent Three Rivers Care in the community as the primary liaison to hospitals, providers, and referral partners. Your focus will be on building authentic, trust-based relationships while identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen our presence and support sustainable census growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture strong referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners
• Represent the facility professionally during hospital visits, care conferences, discharge planning meetings, and community outreach
• Identify opportunities to enhance continuity of care and streamline referral pathways
• Support census growth through proactive outreach, collaboration, and thoughtful follow-up-not transactional sales
• Participate in community events, professional networks, and reputation-building initiatives

Pay : $70,000 - $80,000 / YR DOE
