Responsibilities

As an unlicensed agency staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include :

Answering phones and warmly greeting clients

Scheduling appointments (without discussing coverage or pricing)

Maintaining organized files and records

Referring prospects and customers to licensed agents or sales producers

Accepting payments on existing policies

Performing word processing and data entry tasks

Assisting with advertising and mailing campaigns

Gathering expiration dates and basic qualifying info from prospects (e.g., vehicle details, residence type)

Handling policy changes that don't involve coverage discussions

Informing insureds about coverages already indicated in their policy records

Receiving coverage requests for transmittal to licensed staff

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Comfort with basic computer tasks and office software

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance guidelines
