Perks & Compensation :

Earn up to $47 - $174 for day-to-day assignments and more for long-term. While pay varies based on certification, school, and the assignment, we strive to pay some of the highest rates among substitute providers.

Paid training hours and professional development opportunities (variable by state)

Hired as a W-2 employee so no worrying about withholding your own taxes

What We’re Looking For :

Passion for education and putting students first

An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be

College credits, Associate’s Degree or a Bachelors Degree

Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor

State & federal background checks

You’ll Stand Out If You :

Have an Arizona Substitute Certification OR AZ Teaching Credential

Have previous experience in special education settings

Are bilingual and / or have bilingual teaching experience
