Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide exemplary support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of personal assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and support, helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist clients with daily activities including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation tailored to the dietary needs of clients.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with prescribed care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health status, behavior, or environment to appropriate supervisors and healthcare professionals.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or other outings as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including activities and any incidents.
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
