As a DISTRIBUTION CENTER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the receipt, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping of merchandise. Your responsibilities will extend to supervising team members operating rolling stock equipment and automated systems.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

• Proficiency in inbound and outbound operations within a distribution center, as well as familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, leading and guiding a team.
• Flexibility in terms of work shifts.
