As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as needed, and providing exceptional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors. Thursday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Friday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide assistance as necessary.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
