We have one need, we’re looking for a dependable Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support team.

The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide bilingual (English / Spanish) support to ensure every customer receives the responsive, high-quality service Valley is known for.

You’ll play a key role in growing relationships, promoting our products, and helping customers find the solutions they need.

Position Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls related to orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery questions.

Process and review incoming customer orders and inquiries for VCA customers.

Maintain accurate customer, company, and contact records in our S2K system.

Assist customers and members with online ordering setup and support.

Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to provide exceptional service to all customers.

Position Requirements Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Ability to effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
