Job description

Churchland Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced, people-focused Lead Client Services Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our practice and a key leader on our front desk team.This isn't just a job - it's a place to grow, belong, and build a meaningful career.

What We're Looking For :

In this role, you'll do more than greet clients. You'll ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment a pet parent walks through the door. You'll help manage daily operations, support and train other CSRs, and take the lead on building our brand through engaging social media content. We're looking for someone who can stay organized, think ahead, and thrive in a fast-paced environment-all while keeping client care at the heart of everything they do.

You should have strong hospitality or customer service experience, be confident working independently, and enjoy coaching others. If you're creative and love social media, that's a big plus!

What We're Looking For :

  • A people-person with excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Someone comfortable leading a team and taking initiative
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • A calm, compassionate presence-especially during busy or emotional moments

This is a full-time position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday with rotating Saturdays.

  • Minimum qualifications and skill set :

  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Previous veterinary experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Proficiency in the following skills :
  • Can manage multiple phone lines, in-person clients, and administrative tasks simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Experience training, mentoring, and supervising team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
