Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, leading engagement and expansion strategies
Identify and pursue high-value prospects while developing targeted strategies to convert them into long-term clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of complex accounts and provide insights that shape business initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or high-value B2B client relations
Proven ability to manage and grow multi-million-dollar accounts
5-8 years of software or SaaS experience
Strong knowledge of working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com
Assertive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
