gpac is partnered with a mid-sized commercial general contractor specializing in diverse projects ranging from $10M$30M. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee on-site operations, ensure project success, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple locations nationwide.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Traveling Superintendent , managing job site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality control as the lead Traveling Superintendent .
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents in your role as a Traveling Superintendent .
• Travel extensively to different project sites while maintaining consistency and high standards as a Traveling Superintendent .
