Key Responsibilities
Develop customer support processes for a growing organization
Respond to product functionality and technical support requests for enterprise business clients
Perform troubleshooting and provide feedback to the internal product development team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1-3 years of experience in customer service for SaaS application support
Excellent technical aptitude and ability to learn new applications
Previous experience working with or supporting SaaS products
Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills
