Clinical Nurse III : Critical Care Float Pool - Night Shift

Position Overview :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications
• Start IVs and perform treatments, procedures, and special tests
• Document treatment in accordance with company policy and regulations
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
• Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create comprehensive Plans of Care
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold professional nursing standards
