As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a strong Dental Office Manager to lead one of our established offices with confidence, compassion, and structure.
Position Overview
The Dental Office Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the clinical and administrative teams, and driving performance outcomes. This individual will collaborate closely with the regional HR / Operations team to maintain high standards in patient care, staff engagement, and office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative efficiency
- Manage and coach front office and clinical staff to achieve team and individual goals
- Track and report key performance indicators (production, collections, reappointment rates, case acceptance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with office protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Partner with HR and ownership on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Audit schedules and ensure provider productivity aligns with office goals
- Coordinate staffing, time-off requests, and call-outs in collaboration with HR
- Lead team meetings, promote positive communication, and maintain a professional and motivating environment
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support implementation of new systems, technology, and software
- Collaborate with leadership team to streamline operations and standardize best practices across offices
Qualifications
