As an Administrative Specialist Assurance Production professional, you'll be a key resource for producing polished, client-ready deliverables and ensuring our assurance operations perform effectively. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to be a trusted support partner across the team.

Major Responsibilities

• Producing professional documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using firm templates.
• Managing deliverables through our quality control process and ensuring accuracy through proofreading and formatting.
• Assembling and binding client reports, proposals, and other critical documents.
• Providing flexible administrative support, including :

Processing engagement letters and assisting with billing.
