As a Repair Analyst , you will plan material requirements and execute purchase orders for complex assemblies, balancing inventory levels with customer delivery commitments.

What you'll do :

• Convert MRP demand signals into purchase orders, schedule agreements and work orders.
• Analyze lead times, safety stock and lot sizing to optimize inventory investment.
• Monitor supplier OTD and expedite or reschedule as needed to meet production changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on part revisions and obsolescence management.
• Review inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with Warehouse.
• Provide data and recommendations to management on supply risks and mitigation plans.
