Senior Controls Engineer - Frisco, TX

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced control systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, providing strategic oversight and mentorship to a team of Controls Engineers. The ideal candidate will excel at managing complex projects, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced control systems while ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through commissioning, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to engineers and technicians on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Conduct design reviews and approve system documentation, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and production engineering to support successful project execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety in control systems.
