Controls Engineer / Electrical Project Engineer – Conveyors and Heat Treating

An international company with a facility in the Wixom, Michigan area is currently seeking several Control Engineers for Direct Hire opportunities for their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Controls Engineers looking for a company that offers excellent growth, development, competitive rates, and plenty of overtime.

Compensation

Controls Engineer rates are anticipated to be $40-$45 hourly based on each candidate\'s experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours per week. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent / relevant experience with process piping, combustion, or conveyors.
• 2+ years of recent / relevant experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming and HMI programming.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.
• Must be willing to travel 20-30% within the continental United States.
• Experience with project scheduling and budgets.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
