Job Summary :
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Network / System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and server systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and networking equipment to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Administer and monitor network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Ensure system and network security through regular updates, backups, and monitoring.
- Manage user access controls, group policies, and permissions via Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, and system-related issues.
- Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain documentation related to network topology, system configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT staff on projects and support escalated technical issues.
