The Unit Attendant I - Float works with the medical team under the direction of a Registered Nurse within a hospital unit to assist the staff and serve the patients in a variety of ways. The Unit Attendant I has responsibilities involving both direct and indirect patient care.

Minimum age requirement of 16 years old. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.
