What You'll Do

  • Be the Surgeon's Essential Ally : Pass instruments and supplies during surgeries, ensuring seamless operations with precision and skill.
  • Master the Operating Room : Prepare and maintain a sterile, efficient environment in the OR-your domain of excellence as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Gear Up for Success : Ensure all surgical equipment is perfectly sterilized and operational, setting the stage for outstanding patient outcomes.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Education : Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
  • Certification : Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills : Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • Composure : Calm under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure optimal patient care.
