Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grading Superintendent located in Las Vegas, NV. The Grading Superintendent will oversee daily grading operations, ensuring the completion of projects according to specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, site workers, and other relevant professionals. The role involves scheduling, supervising crew members, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the proper use of equipment and resources.

Qualifications

Expertise in Grading and Earthwork Operations

Experience with GPS Technology

Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills

Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling

Critical Understanding of Budgets, Project Costs, and Cost Impacts

Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills

Ability to Ensure Safety Compliance on Job Sites

Experience in Residential, Commercial, Governmental, and / or Solar Projects
