Job Title : IT Trainer
Location : Downtown Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego – 3 days onsite

As they continue to expand, their IT team is focused on modernizing their tech stack and implementing new technology to enhance the partnership their Attorneys offer to the Firm's clients.
Compensation Expectation - $100,000 – 140,000
What You'll Do as an IT Trainer
- The IT Trainer will design and conduct comprehensive Litera Create training programs tailored for attorneys and support staff.
- Creating detailed lesson plans, hands-on workshops, and real-world scenario exercises.
- Work closely with application support teams, BAs, and Product Managers to ensure training programs align with business needs.
- Deliver interactive presentations, multimedia resources, and personalized coaching to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to keep content relevant and current.
- Provide guidance to user success and support staff, helping them resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and assessments and implement improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have :
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT training, with a focus on train-the-trainer programs.Strong technical knowledge of IT support systems, software, and tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage training programs and department operations effectively.Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.Experience with e-learning platforms and training technologies preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.This client requires that a background check be completed.
