Senior Design Electrical Engineer

Consulting Architecture / Engineering firm has an immediate opening for a Electrical

Engineer in our Columbia SC Office. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and

written communication skills, advanced Revit proficiency, knowledge of discipline

specific analysis software tools, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

5+ years of design experience or responsibility in areas of electrical engineering in

A / E industry market sectors including commercial, healthcare, institutional,

educational, municipal, and industrial properties

Position requires a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

from an ABET accredited university or equivalent & Professional Engineering

Licensure in Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Experience :

Must have experience with :

Power distribution.

Lighting.

Fire alarm.

Low voltage infrastructure.

Emergency power systems.

UPS design.

Coordination with city and state permitting agencies.

Construction administration.

Project Management.

Attend client meetings.

Revit Experience

Perform quality assurance and quality control tasks on projects.

Strong working knowledge of building and energy codes.
