Job descriptionProficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (contract agency testing preferred). Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting. Advanced analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.. Billing, accounting or similar experience in office management. Strong financial acumen skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a complex environment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare or similar field is preferred.
Job Description :
- Responsible for analysis and review of routine and complex billing inquiries received by customers in Small, Middle, and Key & Large group space.
- Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of group customer billing systems, as well as, supporting month end financial activities.
