We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Lead to join our growing team in Longmont, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control inspection and assembly, with a focus on assemblies and cable harnesses, soldering, and aerospace experience. This position requires proficiency in IPC-A-610 and IPC / WHMA-A-620 standards, as well as a strong background in leadership, assembly and soldering techniques.

Shift : 1st | Monday- Thursday 7 am- 4 : 30 pm, Fridays 7 am -12 pm

OT Schedule : Monday- Thursday, 6 am- 5 : 30 pm, Friday 6 am- 2 pm, Saturdays (not always but occasionally, 7 am- 12 pm)

Pay : $23-30 / hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the aerospace assembly department, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain professionalism and support the assembly team
• Assemble cable harnesses in a production setting
• Strip, crimp, and terminate wire, and perform soldering duties
• Verify that all components and materials meet required specifications and quality standards
• Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports while using the ERP system
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
