We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across both hospitals , with a primary focus at Copeland Veterinary Hospital . This is a full-time, salaried position . The Practice Manager will primarily be based at Copeland Veterinary Hospital , with regular engagement at Flatt Veterinary Clinic . Flexibility to support occasional weekend, holiday, or after-hours needs is expected to maintain alignment and continuity between both teams.

✅ What You Bring

Experience : 3–5 years in veterinary or healthcare management (multi-site or ER experience preferred).

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Veterinary Technology, or equivalent work experience to match.

Preferred : Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT).

Leadership : Strong ability to guide and develop diverse teams with empathy and accountability.

Organization : Excellent problem-solving and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Technology : Experience with veterinary software systems (Cornerstone, EzyVet, or similar).
