Business Systems Analyst

The PLM Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and PLM technology solutions, with a

focus on Teamcenter X and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze PLM business processes and workflows, such as NPI, document management, change control, and item / BOM management, to identify areas for improvement and automation.

Gather, document, and validate PLM business and technical requirements from stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain departments, i.e. the entire value chain.

Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective PLM system solutions, including CAD data management and ERP integrations.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage PLM project timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout the software development lifecycle.

Act as a subject matter expert in PLM systems, providing guidance and training to end-users and supporting adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

3–10+ years of Teamcenter experience

Deep knowledge of PLM process areas : NPI, document management, change control, and item / BOM management.

Solid understanding of CAD data management (especially SolidWorks, AutoCAD, OrCAD, and Altium) and ERP integration concepts.

Familiarity with Revit and the Autodesk construction suite preferred

Ability to translate PLM business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $66.00 / hr.
