Carside Server

As a Carside Server, you will exceed expectations by serving food and beverages while ensuring guests' needs are met in a friendly and timely manner. Essential Job Functions

• Warmly greet guests and engage with them to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and provide suggestions to enhance guest experience.
• Accurately take guest orders in person or via phone and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in their vehicles or in the dining area.
• Maintain cleanliness by pre-bussing tables, restocking, and sweeping your work area.
• Efficiently handle customer payments using QR codes or the POS system.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Proactively anticipate guests' needs for an enjoyable dining experience.
• Verify all carside to-go orders for accuracy and proper packaging.

Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements

You will frequently engage in activities such as sitting, walking, talking, and using your hands. Occasionally, you may need to lift or move objects up to 30 pounds. Good vision is essential, and you should be able to adjust focus as needed. You'll need to navigate a fast-paced team environment, adapt to change, and effectively communicate with others.

Work Environment
