Compensation:$140,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Advocacy: Prioritize negotiation and settlement to achieve stable futures for clients.
- Pod HR Management: Act as the direct supervisor for pod staff, conducting weekly 1-to-1s and bi-annual performance reviews.
- Quality Control: Review and finalize all legal documentation (pleadings, motions, agreements).
- Client Stewardship: Provide consistent monthly case updates for all clients with matters open for at least 14 days.
- Production: Meet the quarterly billing goal of collectible time.
Qualifications:Who We’re Looking For
- Current Washington State Bar license.
- 2-5+ years of family law experience (trial experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and client-centered skills.
- Collaborative, growth-minded, and empathetic approach.
- Someone who values mentorship, teamwork, and professional development.
- Motivated to advocate for clients’ best interests, whether through negotiation or court.
