Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial clients across the Houston metro area. This is a hands-on role for a motivated, dependable technician who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems

Replace faulty or worn components as needed

Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff

Accurately complete and submit daily service reports

Travel to job sites across the Greater Houston Area

Work independently to manage assigned service calls and workload

Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols

Remain flexible for occasional weekend work and on-call shifts

Qualifications

35+ years of commercial HVAC experience

Active TDLR HVAC license

EPA Certification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
