Client Reporting Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Client Reporting Data Analyst to support and enhance data-driven reporting across the Client Services team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain recurring internal and client-facing reports and dashboards using various reporting tools Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving servicing operations performance Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience at a mortgage servicer or financial technology company Bachelor's degree Previous experience in cross-functional reporting analyst roles, preferably in client support reporting Thorough understanding of mortgage servicing concepts Advanced experience working with Google Suite, Jira, Looker, and SQL
