• Schedule : On-site 3-4 days per week, 2 weeks per month

Job Setting : Outpatient clinic only

Types of Cases : New consults, follow-ups, treatment oversight

Credentialing : Estimated 90 days

Minimum Requirements

BLS certification required

Active Wisconsin license or IMLC not accepted.
