Sales agents can expect a base salary of 35 to 42k plus monthly and annual commission. At target you will make $78,000 annually, but there is no commission cap!

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
