Job descriptionMinimum : $32.91 / hr Midpoint (10 yrs) : $41.14 / hr Maximum : $45.25 / hr Evenings : +$2.00 / hr Weekends : +$2.00 / hr Apply InterQual criteria and the 2-Midnight Rule for observation case review and management Collaborate with physicians and care teams to assess, plan, and expedite care transitions Identify and address barriers to progression and escalate unresolved issues Refer patients with complex discharge needs to social workers or inpatient case managers Promote quality outcomes, patient throughput, and cost-effective care Provide education and advocate for patients healthcare needs and resources Maintain documentation and communication with stakeholders involved in patient care Active Florida RN License or compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days) BLS certification (within 30 days of hire) Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred At least 1 year of recent Case Management experience required Strong InterQual proficiency required Utilization review experience preferred Insurance company case management background welcomed Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and adaptability High energy, initiative-driven, and patient-centered Thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environmentnot an office-based or sedentary role Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and telemedicine plans 401(k) with up to 9% employer match Tuition reimbursement and certification support Paid time off, family leave, and disability benefits Employee stock purchase plan Wellness resources, legal support, pet insurance, and more
Job Title : RN Case Manager

Schedule Options :
- 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Rotating Weekends)
- 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM or 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM (Mon-Fri, No Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range :
Shift Differentials :
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated RN Case Manager for the Observation Unit who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on managing patient care transitions, ensuring appropriate utilization of resources, and driving effective discharge planning. The ideal candidate will have strong InterQual experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to support patients through the observation phase of care.
