Job descriptionPrepare operating room for incoming surgeries, whilst keeping a sterile environment Prepare patients for their procedures, hand surgeons instruments upon request Stock supplies as needed and prepare the operating room Stock inventory of supplies and maintain files and records of procedures Graduation of an approved Surgical Technology Training Program OR Licensed Practical Nurse with previous scrub experience BCLS Required Surgical Technologist Certification (C.S.T. / N.C.C.T.) Knowledge of medical terminology and passionate about patient care High-tech facility equipped with advanced surgical technology On-site sterile processing department Spacious, well-lit clinical areas designed for efficiency and safety Private consultation rooms Secure electronic medical records system (EMR) Surgical procedures across multiple specialties (e.g., orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, GI) Minimally invasive techniques to reduce recovery time High-quality anesthesia services Comprehensive pre-operative assessments and post-operative care Infection control protocols exceeding industry standards Flexible scheduling options, with no nights or weekends Continuing education and professional development support Comfortable and contemporary break rooms Locker rooms and shower facilities for staff convenience Employee wellness programs and recognition initiatives
